koftay?

hi. anyone know a good recipe for koftay ka salan? i made nargisi koftay last night ((the ones with egg inside)) and i was sooo excited. but then i was disappointed. i didnt think the saalan tasted so great...and the koftay were too mushy and like....aata-ey (due to the besan/chaney ka aata i added to the kheema to make it hold better in the kofta shape). Help. Thanks.
